PURPOSE: A structure of telescope column and power tilt for a vehicle is provided to have a power pulse tilt and telescope function easily by removing a limit bar and a limit switch by mounting a stopper on a lead screw.;CONSTITUTION: A structure of telescope column and power tilt for a vehicle comprises a controller(140), a worm wheel(113), a lead screw(120) and a tilt housing(130). The worm wheel is driven with a motor(111) controlled by the controller. A screw is formed inside the worm wheel. The lead screw comprises a meshing part and a head part. The meshing part shuttles within the worm wheel and is meshed with the screw of the worm wheel. The head part is located on one side of the meshing part.
