PURPOSE: A system and a method for distribution-based human recognition using message transfer with bit correct conversion are provided to reduce network load by exchanging the messages by reducing the data size. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(120) receives human body recognition data for the human recognition. A central control unit(130) produces and transmits the bit correct conversion data for the decentralized processing of human recognition data. The central control unit receives and recovers the result data. A distribution work processing unit(140) is restored to the state bit correct conversion data and the decentralized processing is processed. The distribution work processing unit processes the bit correct conversion of data as a result.
