CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly warmth keeping device is constituted as follows. A wall(155) is tied to the bottom of the marine cage farming area(138). In the working line(100), a solar power generation board(110) is formed into one body on the safety bar of both side walls. A thermostat in which the section is cylindrical is formed into the predetermined length and size. A cooling pipe connected to a refrigerator is equipped in the inside space. A suction tube of the water for cooling and lift pump is interlinked to one side. The water is supplied to the marine farming area(128) by connecting the exhaust line and exhaust pump.
