PURPOSE: An advertisement information supplying method using a smart card web server is provided to save separated wireless internet charges for searching advertisement information by receiving directly the advertisement information from an advertisement supplying server.;CONSTITUTION: An advertisement supplying server(170) transmits advertisement information. The advertisement information is stored in a smart card(100). An advertisement information supplying request is received from a communications terminal(150). The advertisement information is extracted by the requests. The advertisement-information is transmitted to the communications terminal.
