PURPOSE: A heating storage panel of a heating pipe line using phyllite on a constructing method using the same are provided to make the interval of pipes uniform using a plurality of guides. CONSTITUTION: A heating storage panel comprises a guide unit(100). The guide unit is mounted on top of the heating storage panel and arranges pipes. The guide unit comprises a curved guide unit(110) and a linear guide unit(120). The curve guide unit arranges the pipes to be curved. The linear guide unit arranges the pipes in a straight line.
