摘要

PURPOSE: Blanket fabric using dyeable polypropylene mixed yarns is provided to make warm and soft tactility to the blanket fabric by using dyeable PP mixed yarns on pile yarns and weaving structure of the high value added blanket fabric. CONSTITUTION: Blanket fabric uses dyeable polypropylene mixed yarns. Entwining yarns for weaving uses polyester yarns of 75~250denier. Ground yarns and pile yarns use polypropylene yarns of 100~300denier and mixed yarns of acryl yarns. The mixed yarn is formed by mixing polypropylene of 50~99 weight% and acryl of 50~1 weight%. The pTHe polypropylene yarns use dyeable PP yarns.
