APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING A SOLUTION AND FOREIGN MATERIALS FROM MOLTEN WASTE PLASTIC FILMS USING A MESH

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a solution and foreign materials from molten waste plastic films is provided to enable continuous work by separating a solution and foreign materials simultaneously in the melting furnace.;CONSTITUTION: A melting furnace(80) is heated by a burner using gas or oil. Waste plastic films are put in through an inlet(20) when the melting furnace reaches a proper temperature. The waste plastic films become molten in the heated melting furnace while being transferred at a specific speed by a drag chain scraper conveyor(10). The melted waste plastic films are carried to a mesh(60) and a pure solution is discharged outside through a screw conveyor(50). Foreign materials, removed from the melted films, are gathered in a sump(30) and discharged outside through a rotary feeder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
