PURPOSE: A method of preventing communicable diseases through a communicable diseases prevention system is provided to prevent contagious diseases by preventing epidemics focusing on a hub region of a transportation equipment which is suspected to travel a contagious regions. CONSTITUTION: AI(Avian Influenza) prevention system maintains a route pattern database(311), and detects AI generation warning of a first region(312). The AI prevention system searches an AI-target transportation equipment(313), and searches a first hub based on route pattern information of the AI-target transportation equipment(314). The AI prevention system requests AI disinfection from a prevention center(317) every selected timing.
