PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a harmful site connection interception service are provided to determine whether to keep setting about a connection session between a web site and a mobile terminal, thereby easily managing access to the web site.;CONSTITUTION: An authentication unit(120) authenticates whether it is subscribed to an additional service for harmful site connection interception. A subscriber identification information generating unit(130) generates subscriber identification information in consideration of the authentication processing result.
