PURPOSE: A catalyst for gas-phase contact oxidation of hydrocarbon, a manufacturing method thereof, and a gas-phase oxidation method of the hydrocarbon using the same are provided improve yield or selectivity in manufacturing reaction of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or acryl nitrile etc.;CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for gas-phase contact oxidation of hydrocarbon includes palladium or palladium oxide attached on complex oxide of molybdenum, vanadium, niobium and Tellium. The palladium or palladium oxide are attached on the complex oxide with the atomic ration of 1 : 0.00001-0.02.
