PURPOSE: A method for detecting Hg(II) ions is provided to selectively and efficiently detect Hg^2+ ions using a rhodamine-based hydrazide compound as a selective chemical dosimeter.;CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting Hg(II) ions comprises the steps of: dissolving compounds represented by chemical formulas 1-3 in water single, a polar organic solvent single, or a mixed solvent of water and solvent; adding a sample in the prepared solution; and detecting mercury ions by performing selective Hg^2+ induction hydrolysis for a lamtam ring of a rhodamine-based hydrazide and detecting the fluorescence spectrum to detect Hg(II) ions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
