摘要

PURPOSE: A convex reflector for the self-photographing of a mobile phone and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve luminance and reduce the processing time by forming the same holes with a mold by directly forming the hole on a UV resin.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent sheet is cut for improving the processing in a mold. A UV(Ultra Violet) resin is coated on the surface of one side of the cut transparent sheet. An arc hole is formed by performing the UV curing by pushing the coated UV resin using the mold with a protrusion. A reflective agent made of the nickel and aluminum is deposited on the UV resin surface with an arc hole. A protective material is printed on the surface of the reflective agent. The printed protective material is dried. The hole of each arc hole is dividedly formed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
