PURPOSE: An air conditioner device for a hybrid vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to improve the cooling efficiency by supplying cold air to the vehicle room for more time while the vehicle is idling.;CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a reservoir tank(50), a second solenoid valve(54), a first solenoid valve(52), an independent circulating line(80), and a third solenoid valve(82). The reservoir tank is connected between a first refrigerant circulating line extended from the outlet of an evaporator(30) and a second refrigerant circulating line extended from the inlet of a compressor(10). The second solenoid valve is installed on the outlet of the reservoir tank to which a first refrigerant circulating line(60) is connected. The first solenoid valve is installed on the inlet of the reservoir tank to which a second refrigerant circulating line(70) is connected. The independent circulating line connects the first and the second refrigerant circulating line. The third solenoid valve is installed on the independent circulating line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
