PURPOSE: A structure for coupling the front end of a hollow pile, and a grouting method for strengthening bearing power of the ground in the bottom end of the pile using the same are provided to maximize bearing power of the ground in the bottom end of the pile. CONSTITUTION: A grouting method for strengthening bearing power of the ground in the bottom end of the pile using a structure for coupling the front end of a hollow pile is as follows. A structure(10) for coupling the front end is coupled to the front end of a hollow pile(40). The hollow pile, in which the structure is coupled, is installed in a perforated hole. An injection pipe(31) and a packer(32) are installed in a hollow of the hollow pile. A grouting material is injected through the injection pipe. And the grouting material is discharged through a through hole of the structure. And the hollow of the bottom end of the pile is filled with the grouting material.
