SIMPLE KIT FOR RAPID QUANTITATION OF GENE EXPRESSION IN SKIN CELLS

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for measuring skin type using a gene expressed in skin is provided to cheaply and quickly measure skin type at gene level. CONSTITUTION: A kit for measuring gene expression in human skin cells contains a group having different gene expression. A method for selecting gene group comprises: a step of divides skin type to dry skin, oily skin, and normal skin based on 7 groups of teenager to 70's; a step of collecting 63 different skin samples by tape harvest method; a step of analyzing RNA from skin sample through microarray; and a step of selecting gene groups having difference in gene and protein.
