PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a calcium carbonate nano particle is provided to produce a high value calcium carbonate nano particle with a heavy calcium carbonate in the micrometer size using a simple beads milling process by adding a small amount of surfactant.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a calcium carbonate nano particle dispersed with water comprises the following steps: beads milling a complex water slurry including a heavy calcium carbonate with an average particle size of 1~5 micrometers, and a surfactant; and crushing and water-dispersing the heavy calcium carbonate at the same time to obtain the calcium carbonate nano particle with an average particle size of 10~100 nanometers, and a unimodal coherence distribution. The average cohesion size of the unimodal coherence distribution size is 150~250 nanometers. The complex water slurry contains a 5~10wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, and 0.5~0.7wt% of surfactant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
