PURPOSE: An in vitro screening system to anti-allergy active ingredient is provided to screen anti-allergic material and use screened material as a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis.;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening anti-allergy material through in vitro screening system to anti-allergy active ingredient comprises: a step of inducing generation of inflammatory cytokine and chemokine using dust mites which is a main antigen of atopic dermatitis; a step of contacting various anti-allergy material to cell line of human; and a step of measuring the suppression by the dust mites.
