PURPOSE: An adaptable transformer and an inductor is provided to prevent electromagnetic emission and a short circuit by minimizing the exposed of an inductor coil and separating the coil from each winding.;CONSTITUTION: A bobbin(20) for a transformer and an inductor comprise includes a bobbin body. The bobbin body comprises a transformer coil and an inductor coil. One end of the transformer coil is connected to the one end of the inductor coil. A base unit leads a high voltage coil.
