PURPOSE: A coloring technology for granite is provided to replace color stones imported from the foreign country by local color stones, and to obtain various colors of the color stones to satisfy color preferences of users.;CONSTITUTION: A coloring technology for granite comprises the following steps: cutting a stone material in a fixed size; washing the stone material with water and firstly heating at 100~400 deg C in an electric furnace; cooling the stone material at room temperature; dipping the stone material in a oxalic acid(CH_3COOH) solution for 12 hours to remove foreign materials from the surface of the stone material; processing with hydrochloric acid to melt iron distributed on the stone material; dyeing the stone material without the iron by dipping into a dye, an organic pigment, and inorganic pigment solution for 1~24 hours at 25~100 deg C; dispersing the dye, the organic pigment, the inorganic pigment, an ultraviolet blocking material and a mica powder into a polymer binder using capillary action of pores of the granite or the pores generated from the hydrochloric acid process; and fixing the dye, the organic pigment, the inorganic pigment and the granite.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
