PURPOSE: A nail clipper is provided to prevent scattering of fingernail pieces, and to ease an operation of clipping nails by fixing an elastic member with a controlling screw to move the elastic member front and back.;CONSTITUTION: A nail clipper(1) comprises the following: a collecting space(12) collecting all of fingernail pieces cut from fingers from a user in a case; a pin insertion hole formed in the front and the back surface to be penetrated; a protrusion in the upper and the lower side to prevent a holding member(3) from separating; the holding member and an elastic member(4) formed in the inside of the case; and an insertion hole penetrating a fixing unit(14) to fix a pin(5) in the same position of the pin insertion hole, and to fix a pushing unit pushed from the outer force. The elastic member comprises: a cutter(18) in one end of an elastic unit pushed by a pushing unit; a screw fixing hole in the other end; and a controlling screw with a loop(20) to move the elastic member back and forth.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
