PURPOSE: A method for improving the detection sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis is provided to control the width and concentration of a sample and to improve detection sensitivity.;CONSTITUTION: A method for improving the detection sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis comprises: a step of injecting a running buffer to a capillary(step 1); a step of injecting pH 11.0-13.0 to form a base area(step 2); a step of injecting a sample to be measured(step 3); a step of re-injecting the running buffer of step 1(step 4); and a step of detecting a sample stacked through steps 1 to 4(step 5). The running buffer of step 1 is an organic acid such as formic acid. The base of step 2 is a base such as ammonium hydroxide.
