PURPOSE: A vinyl-carbon nanotube structure and a method for manufacturing the nanotube are provided to quickly manufacture the nanotube structure through a roll to roll process, to enhance production and to considerably reduce labor and a cost.;CONSTITUTION: A vinyl carbon-nanotube structure(100) comprises: a first vinyl film layer(101); a carbon nanotube layer(103) which is arranged on the first vinyl film layer; and a second vinyl film layer(102) which is arranged on the carbon nanotube layer. One or more among the first and the second vinyl film layer include air layer. The air layer comprises a plurality of air caps. The carbon nanotube layer is arranged with a spray coating.
