PURPOSE: A method and a system for applying phytoncide to the soil bed using yellow soil are provided, which can promote health improvement and induction of sound sleep.;CONSTITUTION: A method and a system for applying phytoncide to the soil bed using yellow soil are constituted as follows. The loess mat is manufactured by mixing 0.05-5 wt.% of phytoncide encapsulated in the yellow soil and yellow soil. Grooves of the fixed size are formed on the mat.
