PURPOSE: A fire abnormality-symptom distinction system using a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor is provided to detect an initial fire break by recognizing an initial stage of a fire when there is a change of moisture and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A threshold temperature setup unit(135) establishes a threshold temperature which is determined as an ultra initial stage with reference to the temperature information database. A threshold moisture setup unit(140) establishes a threshold moisture which is determined as an initial stage with reference to the moisture information database. An abnormal sign determining unit(145) determines a symptom of the moisture and the temperature measured through a temperature sensor and a moisture sensor, with reference to the threshold temperature and moisture.
