摘要

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the productivity of the material by adding oxides such as CuO and ZnO to (Na0.5K0.5)Nb3-SrTiO3 in order to lower a sintering temperature to 700°C.;CONSTITUTION: A raw material powder is prepared(S100). The raw material is put into a jar and is wet-mixed for 15 to 30 hours(S200). The resultant is calcinated to form a first powder(S300). An additive is added to 0.95NKN-0.05ST powder and a wet-mixed process is performed(S400). A second powder is pressurized to form a shaped resultant(S500). The shaped resultant is sintered at a temperature between 700 to 1100°C for 1 to 25hours to form a piezoelectric material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
