PURPOSE: A chemical processing method of polycrystalline nanoparticles is provided to manufacture high quality nanoparticles with high concentrated single crystals, and to measure mono-crystallinity of the nanoparticles within a short time.;CONSTITUTION: A chemical processing method of polycrystalline nanoparticles includes a step for exposing the polycrystalline nanoparticles(24) including two or more metal oxide crystallite to compositions; and a step for separating the two or more metal oxide crystallite. The composition includes a catalyst selected from a group consisting of noble metals and transition metals.
