PURPOSE: A twin disc moving type ball valve is provided to structurally remove rolling friction force between a disc and valve disc when opening a valve.;CONSTITUTION: A twin disc moving type ball valve comprises a valve body(1), a pair of twin disc(4,5), a hollow rotary shaft(8), disk arms(9,10), a forward/backward operating shaft(16), and a forward/backward drive unit. The valve body comprises an inlet port(L), an outlet port(M), a receiving part(1a), and a shaft insertion hole(N). A pair of twin disc is inserted to the receiving part formed in the central part of valve body and separated from one another. When the forward/backward operating shaft rotates, a pair of twin disc is inserted to one another or separated according to the rotational direction of the forward/backward operating shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
