PURPOSE: A composition for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma using a gene of which expression is increased or decreases in the hepatocellular carcinoma is provided to early diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma and progress and to monitor prognosis.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma comprises a material which is able to measure mRNA of RHOB(ras homolog gene family, member B) or PHLDA1(pleckstrin homology-like domain, family A, member 1) and a material which is able to measure protein encoding the genes. The material measuring mRNA is antisense, antisense primer or probe. A method for screening an anticancer drug for hepatocellular carcinoma comprises: a step of culturing cells in which RHOB or PHLDA1 gene is introduced; a step of treating candidate materials which increase or decrease protein expression in the cells; and a step of comparing the expression level with control group expression level.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
