AN DREDGING DEPOSIT SEDIMENT PURIFIER OF CENTRIFUGATION METHOD USING SEDIMENTATION

PURPOSE: A dredging deposit sediment purifier by a centrifuge method using sedimentation is provided to rapidly mass-process various kinds of deposits, and to sterilize noxious bacteria included in water to be processed using ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: A dredging deposit sediment purifier by a centrifuge method comprises the following: a deposit suction pump(31); a first settling tank(36) precipitating a heavy deposit among sucked in deposits using the natural gravity; a medicine reaction bath(39) for coagulating the liquid transferred from the first settling tank using a coagulant harmless to a human body; a second settling tank(42) precipitating the sampled deposit from the coagulating process; a first and a second precipitate material transfer pump(45,47) transferring the precipitate material in the bottom of the first and the second settling tank; a continuous centrifuge(46) treating the transferred precipitate material; a sludge discharging outlet discharging a sludge dehydrated in the continuous centrifuge; a feedback line returning a separated solution discharged from a separated solution outlet by the dehydrated sludge; and a filtering device(49) filtering a supernatant in the second settling tank.
