PURPOSE: A media streaming system for high speed movement user and a method thereof offer the media streaming suitable for the network status to a user terminal. In that way, the moving picture is watched without the degradation of the picture quality.;CONSTITUTION: A server(110) collects the movement route and network status from a user terminal(130). It is based on in the streaming information. Server predicts the current network status. According to server is the network status, media is streamed to the move user terminal.
