PURPOSE: An electro gas arc welding device and a transfer speed control method thereof are provided to prevent welding defects and base material defects by stably supplying additive wires according to a welding state.;CONSTITUTION: An electro gas arc welding device capable of controlling transfer speed of wires comprises a wire guide member(131,132), a wire supply part(111,112), a motor, and a control part(150). The wire guide member is positioned between base materials. The motor adjust the wire feed speed.
