COMPLEX PANEL USING A PARABOARD AND FOAMED ALUMINUM, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PROPERTIES OF ALUMINUM

PURPOSE: A complex panel using a paraboard and foamed aluminum is provided to maximize properties of aluminum such as light weight, sound absorption and insulation effects by combining the foamed aluminum with the foamed aluminum of a porous structure.;CONSTITUTION: A complex panel comprises the following: a foamed aluminum layer(1) of a porous structure, formed through a thickening, a mixing, a foaming, and a cooling processes; an adhesive layer(2) formed by applying adhesive on one side of the foamed aluminum layer; and a paraboard(3) molded by mixing pearlite and inorganic aggregate, and attached on the adhesive layer.
