PURPOSE: An ultra low power display control circuit and a control method thereof are provided to provide an ultra low power circuit by controlling the combination current size of opto-coupler, thereby controlling the electric potential level of the compensation pin of a power transform controller.;CONSTITUTION: A first capacitance is connected to a power transform controller. A voltage transform device is connected to the power transform controller. The voltage transform device converts a high voltage into a low voltage. A second capacitance is connected to the voltage transform device. The second capacitance stabilizes the low voltage. A regulator(550) is connected to the second capacitance. A regulator stores a low voltage and outputs a direct constant voltage. A display controller(560) is connected to the voltage transform device. The display controller stores the direct constant voltage and outputs it again. An opto-coupler(570) is connected to the display controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
