PURPOSE: A device of registration and application of spam phone number and a method thereof are provided to register calling number of spam call or message as spam number and to notify a call from the spam number, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of users.;CONSTITUTION: A control module(530) collects the calling number of a spam call or message as a spam number. A storage module(520) stores a spam number list including the collected spam numbers. If a predetermined condition is satisfied, a communication module(510) transmits the spam number list to a spam processing device. If there is a calling request from a terminal corresponding to one among numbers included in the spam number list, the spam processing device transmit the spam message to the terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
