PURPOSE: A rolling stand position control device is provided to move the location of a rolling stand to the roper location of a rolling operation line after sensing the rolling stand using a rolling stand detection sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A rolling stand is transferred using a transfer apparatus(S10). When a sensing signal is inputted from a stop sensor, a transfer apparatus is stopped after the fixed time(S60). A rolling stand position control device comprises a rolling stand, a transfer apparatus, and a stop sensor. The transfer apparatus transfers the rolling stand to a rolling operation line.
