HEAT CATALYSTIC COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING HEAT-EFFICIENCY AND SAVING ENERGY AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heat catalystic composition is provided to ensure high thermal stability, oxidation stability, and low evaporation, to show high thermal efficiency when used as a heat catalyst liquid of a boiler, and to enable application to an existing boiler without special installation apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A heat catalystic composition comprises 40-50 weight% paraffin base oil, 30-40 weight% paraffin wax, 10-20 weight% borax, 0.01-1.0 weight% anticorrosive agent, 0.1-2.0 weight% viscosity index improver, 0.1-2.0 weight% zinc-dithio phosphate antioxidant, 0.1-2.0 weight% dispersing agent, and 0.01-1.0 weight% dimethyl polysiloxane antifoaming agent. The anticorrosive agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium sulfonate, magnesium sulfonate, calcium phosphate, barium phosphate, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and their mixture. The viscosity index improver is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyisobutylene, polymethacrylate, ethylene-propylene copolymers, styrene-maleic ester copolymers, butadiene copolymers, and their mixture. The dispersing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of polymethacrylate, alkyl succinimide, alkyl succinimide and their mixture.
