CORE-SHELL STRUCTURE BUTADIENE IMPACT MODIFIER AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A butadiene impact modifier with a core-shell structure is provided to improve low temperature impact strength and the colorability of a thermoplastic resin composition by controlling the particle size and gel content of a rubber polymer constituting a core. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a butadiene impact modifier with a core-shell structure comprises the steps of: (a) independently polymerizing a conjugated diene compound or copolymerizing a conjugated diene compound or vinyl cyanide compound and aromatic vinyl compound to prepare a butadiene core rubber polymer; and (b) forming a shell on the butadiene core rubber polymer by graft-copolymerizing the monomer mixture in the presence of 60~80 parts by weight of the butadiene core rubber polymer.
