PURPOSE: By at the same time using the symmetrical structure, serial and concurrent mode the temporal multiplexing laser system and the driving method for having the symmetrical structure capable of the control of the repetition rate evenly form the output beam of the oscillated beam on each laser.;CONSTITUTION: The fourth laser tube is synchronized with a frequency oscillator(10) to score the first. The fourth delay generator delays the time to score the first. The first and the second half-wave plate change S polarized light which is income to the p-polarized light. The first and second polarized light beam analyzers(31, 32) transmit the p-polarized light. The first and the second polarized light beam analyzer reflect S polarized light.
