PURPOSE: A safety protection cover for a bench drill machine is provided to prevent drilled chips from contacting with an operator's hand which grips a workpiece.;CONSTITUTION: A safety protection cover for a bench drill machine comprises an inner and an outer cylinder of a transparent pipe(200,300), a finishing plate(400), an anchoring bolt(500), and a chip collection tray(600) of a transparency pipe. The inner cylinder is fixed to a fixing band(210). The outer cylinder has guide holes(310,310') and a female screw part(320). A guide hole is vertically formed on both sides of the guide hole. The female screw part is formed on the lower inner circumference. The finishing plate closes the guide hole. The finishing plate comprises an inner space part(410). An anchoring bolt passes through the inner cylinder via the guide hole of the outer cylinder. The chip collection tray has a male screw part(610) and a collecting plate(620).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
