PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition for a complementary metal oxide semiconductor image sensor and a colored pattern including the composition are provided to obtain high definition and high-sensitivity in forming the colored patter, to prevent the pattern from being lengthened, to obtain excellent linearity of the pattern, and to maintain excellent permeability.;CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition for a complementary metal oxide semiconductor image sensor comprises a coloring agent, a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a solvent and a compound marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is independently H or methyl, R1 is aliphatic group cyclic group of C3~C10, and R2 is aliphatic group cyclic group of C3~C8 which is substituted to alkyl group of C1~C5 or non-substituted.
