PURPOSE: A loess panel and a method for manufacturing the loess panel are provided to prevent the generation of dust from the loess panel by forming a loess coating layer on one side of the loess panel, to prevent the absorption of water, and to reduce unit costs without attaching a separate finishing material on the surface of the loess panel.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a loess panel(10) comprises the following steps: manufacturing a plate(12) in which a gunny is attached on one side by mixing a coagulating agent with a mixture of loess powder, a loess ball, charcoal, and minerals; making a mixture by mixing a main materials mixture 90 weight% with a supplementary material mixture 10 weight%; making a loess coating material by heating the mixture after mixing the mixture and water with a ratio of 9:1, respectively; forming a hard loess coating layer(16) by drying the loess coating material for 24 hours after coating the opposite side of the plate including the gunny with the loess coating layer of 1~2mm thickness; forming an even surface by repetitively processing the surface of the loess coating layer using a sand paper and eliminating bubbles; and polishing the surface of the loess coating layer using the cloth.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
