PURPOSE: A method, a management device thereof, and a communications device thereof are provided to transmit multimedia contents with a P2P mode and connect to a communications network using a communications device.;CONSTITUTION: When a P2P type communications application executed in a first peer is transmitted to a second peer in which a same communications application is executed, a first or a second communications network(R1,R2) is selected according to a selected criteria in order to execute transmission.
