PURPOSE: A classifying method of asbestos and non-asbestos using SEM/EDX and an expert system is provided to induce appropriate management of the asbestos about indoor space through an accurate evaluation for the concentration of pollutant by accurately classifying asbestos and non-asbestos fiber materials.;CONSTITUTION: A classifying method of asbestos and non-asbestos using SEM/EDX and an expert system comprises the following steps: collecting samples and processing the samples; classifying physical and chemical properties on a pollution source classification table after analyzing the collected samples; and producing the concentration of the pollution source after classifying the samples into asbestos and non-asbestos through an expert system using the pollution source classification table.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
