摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic and inorganic PV device packaging is provided to improve an output voltage of a PV device by packaging the organic and inorganic PV device with CMC.;CONSTITUTION: Second electrodes(11) face first electrodes. Electrolyte layers are inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. A bonding wire(15) serially connects the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The first and second electrodes and the electrolyte layer are packaged with a CMC(Clear Molding Compound). The packaged device is cut with a preset length.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
