PURPOSE: A panel structure, a display device comprising the panel structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the panel structure comprising TFT of a bottom gate structure by using little number of masks.;CONSTITUTION: The first gate line(GL1) comprising the first gate electrode(BG1) and the second gate electrode(BG2) which is separated by the first gate line is equipped in substrate. The first gate line is extended to X-axis. The first gate electrode is protruded to Y-axis. The second gate electrode is separated by the first gate line to Y-axis.
