PURPOSE: A system-on-chip based power meter is provided to obtain a hardware logic based on a user request by recombining the hardware of the power meter.;CONSTITUTION: An analog-digital converter(111) converts analog signal for a current and a voltage to a digital data. A digital signal processor(112) processes the digital data in order to perform a power measurement process. A central processing unit(113) processes the power measurement information. A memory(114) stores the processed power measurement information. An interface transmits the power measurement information to an external unit.
