PURPOSE: An ultrasound system is provided to improve the image quality of a Doppler spectrum image by synthesizing Doppler signals which have different resolution on the time axis.;CONSTITUTION: A storage(160) stores a mapping table offering the standard window size information corresponding to a plurality of pulse repetition frequencies. A transceiver(110) transmits an ultrasonic signal to an object with the first pulse repetition frequency. The transceiver forms the Doppler signal by receiving an ultrasonic echo signal reflected from the object. A signal processor(120) comprises a plurality of window parts outputting the first Doppler signal. A user input part(150) receives window setting information setting at least two window parts. A controller(170) sets two window parts executing a window processing in the signal processor. The controller extracts a first standard window size corresponding to the first pulse repetition frequency in the mapping table.
