PURPOSE: A bollard using recycled Polyethylene, a manufacturing method thereof, and an installation method thereof are provided to reduce risk of injuries to pedestrians in a crash by installing a buffer foam on the surface of the bollard.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bollard using recycled Polyethylene comprises following steps. Softened bollards are manufactured by injecting recycle PE into a mold. A pillar(40) is molded by recycle PE and the support is made of a body(42), an insertion part(43), and a locking projection(43a). After the bollards are inserted into the outer circumference of a pillar pipe(30), the pillar pipe and the bollard are welded and a buffer form(91) is inserted into the outer circumference of the support body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
