PURPOSE: An environment-friendly toner containing polyester resins and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the cost of manufacturing the toner.;CONSTITUTION: A toner contains more than one biodegradable semi-crystalline polyester resin, more than one biodegradable non crystalline polyester resin, and more than one component selected from the group consisting of a colorant, wax, a coagulant and their mixture. The biodegradable semi-crystalline polyester resin includes polyhydroxy alkanoate marked as the chemical formula I. In the chemical formula I, R is H, a substituted alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~13, or an un-substituted alkyl group. X refers to a number from 1 to 3.
