PURPOSE: An automatic controlling method of a stream control type membrane separation activated sludge process is provided to monitor a denitrification progress through a real time ORP measurement of a reaction bath, and to improve phosphorus removal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An automatic controlling method of a stream control type membrane separation activated sludge process comprises the following steps: supplying sludge to a reaction bathA(3) from raw water and an aeration tank(5) through flow change device(2) to perform a biological denitrification of an organic contained in the raw water into a carbon source, and operating a reaction bathB(4) in a batch form; performing the biological denitrification at the reaction bathB and operating the reaction bathA in the batch form; concentrating the sludge and discharging processing water using a submerged membrane system(6); detecting a NKP(nitrate knee point) by measuring an oxidation reduction potential change; and automatically controlling a batch operation time.
